I was introduced to Meth at the age of thirteen. I started by smoking, after a few years that wasn't enough. Anything to get high. I've done some unforgivable things to feed my addiction. It's amazing to me how evil this drug is. I spent an entire year of my life in the Canyon County Jail. My life was destroyed not once but every time I started to get a little ahead. There is no happy ending to a meth addiction. I checked myself into rehab in October 2007, after hitting rock bottom several times. I've been clean for two years. I've had a baby and recently got engaged. I'm working and going to school full time. It's the hardest road I've ever had to walk down but by far the most rewarding. My life is finally coming together. There is hope for those of you that can't see the light; you just need to be strong enough to seek the help. Sobriety isn't quitting, it's living.
