I have never, thank God, taken meth. I am a 5th grade teacher in a very low income area. I see my students talking about their meth addicted parents, meet parents with no teeth and scars on their faces from past (or current) use, and I'm terrified. I look through these stories of kids who started using at 12 and I think, those are my kids, only 1 year from now. I thank God that you have these horrifying commercials on TV, radio, and magazines. Some people think they are gross, too harsh. But it's a miracle. And a great day for me was today, when one of my 5th grade girls gave me a "not even once" bracelet and said "Here, this is important, you should wear this."
